CARE & LONG-TERM PERFORMANCE
- Clean the solar panel regularly with a soft, damp cloth to keep it free of dust and debris and maximize sunlight exposure.
- Charging may take longer during winter or on cloudy days.
- If the battery is fully discharged, the light may not turn on after a short charge. Place the solar panel in direct sunlight for at least 2–3 days to fully recharge the battery.
Maintenance Notes
- Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Keep the motion sensor clean and unobstructed.
WARNING
- The LED and rechargeable battery are not replaceable. Do not attempt to remove them, as this may compromise the light’s weather resistance.
- Avoid dropping, hitting, or otherwise subjecting the product to strong impacts.
- Keep the product away from fire and other heat sources.
WARRANTY
- LUNQHAL provides a 12-Month limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. For assistance, please contact our support team.
WARRANTY LIMITATIONS
The following are not covered by the warranty:
- Purchases from unauthorized sellers or distributors.
- Damage caused by improper use, repair, modification, or remodeling.
- Damage caused by dropping or falling.
- Damage caused by fire, earthquake, flood, or other natural disasters.
- Damage resulting from use outside the product’s intended purpose.
- Damage caused by third-party products or accessories.
